✅ Adding Your SureFire Email Signature to Gmail
📧 Step-by-Step Instructions:

Go to your signature page:
Open the signature page link sent to you (e.g., fromsurefirebms.com). Once the signature loads, select the entire signature by clicking and dragging or pressing Ctrl + A (Cmd + A on Mac). -
Copy the signature:
Right-click and choose “Copy” or press Ctrl + C (Cmd + C). -
Open Gmail Settings:
Go to mail.google.com and click the gear icon in the top-right, then click “See all settings.” -
Create your signature:
Under the “General” tab, scroll to the “Signature” section. Click “Create new”, name it (e.g., SureFire Signature), and paste the signature you copied into the box using Ctrl + V (Cmd + V). -
Turn off Plain Text Mode:
If formatting looks wrong or images/icons are missing, click the three-dot menu at the bottom right of the editor and make sure “Plain text mode” is not checked. -
Set Signature Defaults:
Choose your new signature for both:- New emails
- Replies/forwards

Save changes:
Scroll to the bottom of the settings page and click “Save Changes.”
